Eden Nature Park and Resort

It was a sunny monday morning, bored, thinking where to go and what to do apart from ordinary life's routine habang namamangka. So we get up and discover things personally inside Davao City.

Next Stop: "Davao's Little Summer Capital". Yes you read it right. I called it the Little Summer Capital of Davao City since pine trees can be seen on both sides of the road, mountain scent and cool breeze you can feel deep within your skin. Really feels like you are not in a highly urbanized city,,,the other side of City's natural wonders...

How to get there:
Public Means: From Davao City, you ride a passenger jeepney going to Toril, choose the uso-uso jeepneys this will take you faster compared to ordinary jeep, this will costs you P 25.00. Once you get to Toril, (its the the last destination of the jeep), then you ride a habal habal for P 100.00 each passenger.
We prefer to bring our ride, a 1997 mitsubishi sedan model. going there is a little tough because the road is so steep going to the top of the ridge. So we prefer to walk going to Eden Nature Park and Resort because, our car seemed cannot resist the steepness of the road.  so we left the car and enjoyed the exercise of the day... walking.

We enjoyed the walk, took pictures for the scenic views we pass by.

cool breeze along the pine trees road

a botanical garden of their own... a plain garden of plants for sale.

go shopping for your fav favorite local fruits. its quite expensive compared to prices you can bought in their local market.

                                                               the dangerous curves...

What to do in the Garden of Eden:

Its a perfect venue for family bonding, recreation, holy week celebration, honeymoon, summer outing, discover nature/eco adventure and the likes. The ambiance is good, the environments is nice. it has an entrance of P 200.00 per head  and a free plated snacks. Buffet is also available starts at 580.00 per head.

You can do swimming, ziplining, fishing and have it your viand for lunch... isn't is exciting? .

When we get there, the weather is not good, quite raining, so we decided to just have picture taken and leave, since we didn't paid for the entrance. (nagtitipid o walang pera... tahahah) we're just given 5 minutes to roam around. So here's what we get...

 at the fishing ground

 eating life-size durian

 met the holy family (weheheh)

Its nice to see this place, but its not budget friendly... however, your money is worth it for the services and activities they have... remember, collection of memories and experiences through this is much precious than getting earthly materials that fade away so fast unnoticed.

Thanks for the visit.
